Both Vickie and Robyn have been incredibly helpful as we navigate moving our storage to Hillside Storage. They take immaculate care of the place too! At any given time, they're checking (and cleaning) the hallways inside, the drive through areas outside, and the office and its parking lot. They've even been out there taking care of any ice or snow (which is WAY more than another facility in town has done for its tenants). If they are on the grounds, you don't have to hunt for them as they have a convenient phone number to call or text if you need them at the office. While they're open, they even have a restroom available to the tenants (which, again, is more than another facility in town). They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and taken care of. Thank you so much Vickie and Robyn!

Trying to rent online was not great. But I called and they got me set quickly! Cheapest I found for climate control and the facilities are extremely nice, clean, and easy to access! Would recommend!

I love that they have staff on site, and the staff is extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. They walk you through everything and they are easy to understand. The facility is very clean and easy to use. Their prices are better than other storage units in the area with the same features.

I am new to the facility! The front desk was very friendly and helpful! My storage unit was clean and the carts were very helpful as well! Facility does need door stoppers or more cones but overall pleased and would recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!

I talked to both staff members and was treated great both times. Renting the unit was super easy and fast. Unit itself was very clean and the door lock is easy to engage which isn’t always the case with rental units. I got my lock elsewhere and figured out that their lock prices on site are actually cheaper so save yourself a trip! Highly recommend this place.

The lady in the front office was so nice and helpful. She made it easy to get a unit. The prices are unbeatable. The facility itself is incredibly clean. I was super impressed and am so thankful we decided to look into switching storage companies!

I called to get a storage unit set up and the person I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. The process was very quick. After everything was set up we went right over to put a lock on our unit and we were very impressed with how clean the whole facility is and that our unit was unlocked and ready to go. Very efficient and easy to get set up.

The lady who helped us at the front was amazing, she answered all our questions, took us on a tour of the facility and made everything in the contract we signed plain as day. The site itself is easy to access, has cameras both on the inside and out, and is temperature controlled on the inside. For the duration of my contract at this property, I have nerve had an issue with property damage or pests. Highly recommend to those looking for storage units!

Needed a large storage unit with climate control and I worked with Robin and she was absolutely amazing! So helpful and patient, she got me fixed up so quickly and even. The staff here is absolutely amazing and super friendly. Units are competitively priced with plenty of room to get in and out of the facility. Security seems well designed with plenty of camera views in case anyone decides to be less than nice. Hillside is also in a great location to several neighborhoods, so you don't have to go far to access your stuff! I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs storage for those extra items...
